Open Letter of Reference for our Builder -- Pacific Commercial Construction

Building our Vision -- A Golden Time for Giving has moved from planning and fundraising to the actual replacement of our Parish Hall. This page will feature updates and select pictures along the way. Each step of the process and set of pictures will have a link to a larger set of pictures. It will be completed just in time for our 50th Anniversary celebrations.

March 1, 2010 -- Construction Update

The color coat is on and the landscaping work has begun.

Feb 21, 2010 -- Third Construction Tour -- All Photos

Feb 16, 2010 -- Stucco second coat goes on

We are getting close to finishing the outside -- next the inside finish work begins!

Feb 12, 2010 -- Stucco rough coat goes on

It's amazing what a little bit of stucco can make in the appearance of the building. With our windows and doors going in, we are one step closer to sealing the building against the weather. The interior finishing work will begin soon.

The walls are beginning to take form as we dodge in and out of rainy days on the work site.

Nov. 2nd, 2009 -- Laying the Foundation -- All Photos

The surveying team laid out the footprint of the new building and the trenching for the footings began immediately. Ok -- so this is NOT that exciting but it means that we have begun construction.
